SD66 DFL Convention – Sat Mar 23, 10:00 AM – Washington Magnet School
The 2024 Senate District 66 DFL Convention will be held on Saturday, March 23 at the Washington Technology Magnet School. The school is located at 1495 Rice St, St. Paul, MN. Click this link for directions to Washington Magnet School.
If you are a delegate to the convention, you should have received information via e-mail. Here’s a summary of the timetable: Credentialing of delegates begins at10:00am; arriving early will help this sign-in process run smoothly. The convention itself will be called to order at 11:00.
Elections will be held for these positions:
SD66 Officers
- Chair
- Vice Chair
- Outreach Officer
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Director (12 positions)
State Central Committee
- Delegates (5 positions)
- Alternates (7 positions)
CD4 Delegates
- Members (20 positions)
- Alternates (20 positions)
The Nominations Committee will be screening delegates who are interested in serving in any of these positions. If you’re interested, please fill out this form and remember to indicate your availability for a screening interview. The Nominations Committee will be screening candidates at the following times:
- Friday, March 22, 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Caribou Coffee in Roseville (1127 Larpenteur Ave W)
- Saturday, March 23, 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM at Washington Tech Magnet School (1495 Rice Street)
Candidates seeking SD66 DFL endorsement will be attending the convention and will be speaking to delegates.
