SD66 DFL Precinct Caucuses – Tue Feb 27, 7:00 PM – Washington Magnet School
The 2024 Senate District 66 DFL precinct caucuses will be held on Tuesday, February 27 at the Washington Technology Magnet School. The school is located at 1495 Rice St, St. Paul, MN. Click this link for directions to Washington Magnet School.
Caucuses will convene at 7:00pm and end before 9:00pm. Registration begins at 6:30; arriving early helps caucuses run smoothly. Business conducted at the caucus includes:Elect precinct officers.
- Meet your candidates for public office.
- Elect delegates to the SD66 DFL convention (held in March or April).
- Submit, discuss, and vote on resolutions. This is the first step in developing the DFL Party Platform and Action Agenda.
Plus, you’ll get a change to meet your neighbors, building relationships with people in your community who share similar values.
You can contribute to the caucus in addition to attending. We’ll looking for folks who could convene the caucus, or who could serve as greeters, and to help in other ways, such as stuffing envelopes. Please consider pitching in.
Tables and rooms are available to campaigns and kindred organizations at a nominal charge.
